Experience

Most recently the originator of transformational changes within the IT function of a Top 10 national charity, including the successful introduction of Change Management across the organisation. An initial appointment concluded with the successful recovery and delivery of a multi-version Microsoft CRM upgrade including the implementation and upgrade of middleware interfaces. Following this success and the ongoing stabilisation of the IT function the opportunity to lead IT and implement an organisation wide Change Management function was undertaken.

Reporting directly to the CEO and as part of the Executive Team wide scale IT changes have been delivered both prior to, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. A new 5-year IT Strategy leveraging opportunities within cloud, software-as-a-service and managed service providers was developed and implemented to ensure the future capability, scalability and security of the IT operating environment.
